Jodie B. Emmons, 67, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Friday, January 24, 2003, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Blytheville, Ark.
Born December 3, 1935, in Lepanto, Ark., he was the son of the late Raymond William Emmons and Mary Faye Vucannon Emmons.
Mr. Emmons leaves two daughters: Shirley Emmons and Deborah Emmons of Perryville, Ark.; One son, Bobby Emmons, of Fulton, Mo.; Seven sisters: Virginia Delaney, Joyce Emmons, and Opal Emmons of Vicksburg, Miss., Barbara Jones of Edward, Miss., Paulette Wilkerson of Raymond, Miss., Marilyn McGrew of Rolling Fork, Miss. and Sue Phillips of Pearl, Miss.; and Two brothers: Raymond Junior Emmons and Jimmy Dale Emmons of Vicksburg.
Graveside services for Mr. Emmons were held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2003, at the Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville.
H.S. Smith Funeral Home of Caruthersville was in charge of services.
