Imogene Hogland, 94, was born on November 24, 1920, and passed away May 9, 2015, at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
She previously resided at Chateau on the Ridge in Paragould, Arkansas.
Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Vinus Hogland; nephew/foster son, Larry Falls; son-in-law, Jimmy White; parents William and Cordelia Greenway; sisters Demondria Broyles, Lois Phipps, Albertine Falls, and Effie Greenway; and her brothers Warren Greenway, Ray Greenway and Walter Greenway.
She is survived by daughter, Bonnie White of Paragould; son, Dennis Hogland of Paragould; a sister, Ruth Falls of Savannah, Tennessee; daughter-in-law Debbie Falls; grand-children, Julie (White) Laxton, Stacey (White) Garcia, Jennifer (Falls) Ennis, Nicholas Falls; and great grand-children, Estella Garcia, Cruz Garcia, Austin Ennis, Audrey Ennis, Allee Ennis, Karter Falls, Kaleb Falls and Hunter Falls.
Imogene truly enjoyed life. She was very active in shopping every Saturday with her daughter and granddaughters, taking vacations with her family, and enjoying church with her family and friends. She always had a high energy level and thoroughly enjoyed activities with her friends at the community center and meeting at McDonalds. Imogene was a member of Browns Chapel Baptist Church.
Burial was at Linwood Cemetery. Mitchell funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
